Kunsthaus Dahlem presenting a new solo exhibition of Tatjana Schuke’s work

The exhibition “Inside Out” shows 15 recent works by Tatjana Schülke, including “hang out”, “limited” and “start up”. The works illustrate the artist's willingness to experiment in different ways. In addition to the relationship between material, form and surface, the tension between internal and external effects is fundamental. Due to the alienated materials, the sculptural structures appear from within the space. Deepenings such as the “Urkugel II” or “Undercover” provide insights into an inner life, but keep the secret of their materiality to themselves. This creates spaces of perception and experience that focus entirely on the work itself.
